This mixed culture saison blend was aged on over 2# per gallon of local strawberries from Chesterhill Produce Auction and a little bit of hibiscus. It’s lightly tart with lots of strawberry and some funk from our house culture.

Our beer Ladder to the Sun is a tribute to friends and incredible musicians in Saintseneca whose music gets regular play in the brew house. Our Art Director/Brand Manager has had to put up with me humming their tunes at her since she was a baby. Shes done such an incredible job with this label artwork expect to see some posters available.

Our new bottles are 500ml/16.9fl oz so the perfect in between size for sharing or maybe just enjoying yourself. These new labels are collectible trading cards so dust off your old baseball/magic/pokémon card binders and make some space.

Online beer orders are for members only and must be picked up or cellared, email separately to schedule a pick up.
